Our psychiatric providers offer thorough evaluations and ongoing medication management for a range of mental health conditions. We take a collaborative, whole-person approach — coordinating closely with your therapist so that medication and therapy work together toward your goals. You'll always have time to ask questions and share how you're feeling.

Your first session is a diagnostic assessment. A licensed therapist works with you to understand your mental health needs and arrive at a clear diagnosis. In some cases, additional assessments may be requested to build a complete picture aligned with the DSM-5. This session shapes a care plan built around you.

Premarital counseling is an intentional first step in caring for your relationship. Our certified Prepare/Enrich therapists guide you through six to eight sessions covering communication, intimacy, spirituality, family planning, and in-laws. You'll also receive a personalized relationship assessment highlighting your strengths and growth areas.

Our couples therapists help partners feel more connected and communicate better. We work to increase emotional intimacy, deepen understanding, and undo unhelpful dynamics that have grown over time. Issues couples bring to therapy include:

Family counseling offers support for coping with changes and strains to the family unit. Whether you're facing challenges with your family of origin or family of choice, your therapist helps every voice be heard, then collaborates with you to build a healthier, happier dynamic.
