Card on file
We require patients to keep a credit card on file to make checkout faster and more efficient. You won't receive statements from us, but you'll continue to receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance carrier once your claim is processed. Invoices are always available through your client portal.
When your account is created, you'll complete a secure credit card form. You may use an FSA or HSA card. After your insurance pays its portion, we'll:
- Notify you by email if you have a balance owed
- Charge the balance to your card on file
- Email you a receipt for the charge
Your card information is fully protected by our secured, PCI-DSS–compliant card-processing EMR system, and is never stored on our computers.
Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. To make changes, call 443-623-3592, email info@transit.health, or use your client portal.
- Cancellations under 24 hours: $100 late fee
- No-show to a scheduled appointment: $100 fee
Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected costs for self-pay and out-of-network care. Ask us anytime and we'll provide one.
